Commissioning and certification Anlagentechnik

Following the successful installation of our cleanrooms and systems, all components are commissioned. Our team proceeds carefully, testing each component individually as well as in combination with the overall system to ensure the proper functionality of the cleanroom and/or equipment. During this phase, we are present on-site, allowing us to respond quickly to any uncertainties or malfunctions.

Once commissioning is successfully completed, we perform the Operational Qualification (OQ). In addition to visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections, this includes certification of the cleanroom or the operational area of our systems through particle measurements in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644. These measurements are conducted by our trained service personnel, and the achieved cleanroom classification can then be confirmed.

We also offer this and other certifications as a service at regular intervals, as well as after maintenance or filter changes.
